KIM Symposium at 2023 Mach Conferences

22-Nov-2022

OpenKIM wil be hosting a symposium titled "Systems for Fitting, Uncertainty Quantification, Selection and Use of Interatomic Models" at the 2023 Mach Conference to be held in Towson, MD, April 5-7, 2023. A description of the symposium is available on the symposia and topics page of the Mach Conference.

We invite you to submit an abstract for a talk or poster about your work. Any topic involving a systematic approach to atomistic simulations or some aspect thereof would be within the scope. Presentations should be 20 minutes long.

The symposium will also include an OpenKIM tutorial, so if you have been wanting to learn how to use the OpenKIM infrastructure for your own simulations, this is a great opportunity to do so!

Abstracts are due by January 1st, and can be submitted by filling in a form on the Mach Conference website. On the submission form, there is a drop-down menu that will allow authors to select our symposium.
